Tantra Yoga Workshop

with Susannah

January 26th @ 6PM // $40

Tantra yoga encourages us to embody the divine, using physical experiences to expand our consciousness. Typically a 3-hour practice, Susannah will guide you through an abbreviated 90-minute Kaula Tantra Yoga practice, consisting of standing postures (25 min), supine postures (45 min) and prone postures (20 min) to ground you into the experience. Although seemingly simple, the practice is challenging and pleasantly meditative.

Handstand Workshop

with Jen Nigro

January 25th @ 2:30PM // $55

This workshop will explore handstands, we working away from the wall AND using the wall as a tool for strength (NO KICKING UP!). Proven exercises will teach you to stack up your joints, engage your core, + leverage FLOAT as a way to fly.

You must have a strong foundational practice to take this workshop. Requirements include basic understanding of inversions, as well as strong chaturanga or plank pose.

Vision Board Workshop

Reiki + Reflection

with Jen Nigro

March 23rd @ 2:30PM // $45

We’ll use this 60-minute workshop to reexamine the seeds of growth we sowed in the winter months—what’s growing? What do we need to tend to, where do we need to refocus? Through reflection and ritual, we’ll seal in our growth channels for the spring months, looking towards what we wish to see bloom over the summer. We’ll end with hands-on reiki healing for all participants.
