Welcome to Rest Club, a monthly gathering dedicated to the practice of intentional rest.


Join Diana in this 90-minute collective practice as she facilitates gentle movement, restorative postures, healing touch, and guided meditation. Designed to help you access ease, relaxation, and inner calm. Whether you're new to these practices or a seasoned participant, all are welcome.

Exploring the Chakras Through Asana

with Ossi Raveh

This workshop will be an exploration of the 7 chakras (energy centers) of the body. We will use traditional Yoga poses, and sequencing to ignite, balance and calm each Chakra to create a more balanced and grounded body, mind and heart.

Assisting Workshop

with Ossi and Allegra

December 7th @ 2pm // $40

Join Allegra and Ossi for a fun filled day of breaking down safe and helpful hands on assist. We will explore alignment, anatomy, placement and pressure. This workshop will focus on safe touch through intentional hands on assists in class.

Tantra Yoga Workshop

with Susannah

December 8th @ 6pm // $40

Tantra yoga encourages us to embody the divine, using physical experiences to expand our consciousness. Typically a 3-hour practice, Susannah will guide you through an abbreviated 90-minute Kaula Tantra Yoga practice, consisting of standing postures (25 min), supine postures (45 min) and prone postures (20 min) to ground you into the experience. Although seemingly simple, the practice is challenging and pleasantly meditative.
