There are now two ways to practice with us from home - Live Online Classes via Zoom + Recorded Classes below.
To access our Live Online Classes via Zoom:
Sign into your MindBody account and check out our schedule. Each class registration window closes 12 minutes prior to start time. 10 minutes before class, we’ll email you a link to join via Zoom.
$12 per class or use your existing class package or unlimited pricing option.
To access our Recorded Classes below:
Scroll down and choose the class you’d like to take. You will be directed to create an account with Memberspace (different than MindBody).
Once purchased, each class is available for one week. View as many times as you like within that one week period.
The cost of each class is $10.
Having trouble creating a new Memberspace account or already have an account with Memberspace on our site but unable to access new or previously purchased videos? Just click the button below to be taken to the Memberspace Login Form. From there you can create an account or access your previously created account.

Memberspace is a trusted 3rd party. All member login & billing details are secured using modern SSL encryption.
Please make sure 3rd party cookies are enabled in your browser.
For chrome: Open Chrome settings > Click on Advanced settings > Click on Site Settings > Click on the Cookies option > Turn off the option to "Block third party cookies"
for safari: Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > and make sure that Prevent cross-site tracking and Block all cookies boxes are unchecked
for firefox: Click the menu button > Select Content Blocking > The Privacy & Security panel of Firefox Preferences will open > Select the "Standard" option
