Liv is a Brooklyn-based yoga instructor, by way of New Jersey and California. With an academic background in psychology and a profound affinity for eastern practices, she seamlessly integrates mind-body practices into her yoga teachings.
She fosters an environment that encourages self-acceptance, space for change, and good immunity - to bounce back with strong technique. Liv believes that by observing the natural world and its harmonious rhythms, we can tap into the innate wisdom of the body and find balance within ourselves. In her classes, expect compassion in practice, and lightness in spirit.
When Liv isn’t practicing or teaching yoga, you can find her reading, biking, at the beach, cooking, and hanging with loved ones. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Climate + Society, aspiring to leverage the correlation between yoga and climate justice.
